However, outstanding unconfirmed booking requests may be voided. Clients are entitled to cancel their registration as they deem appropriate, without affecting previously contracted obligations.

The nullity of an accommodation contract subject to our intermediation does not affect the validity of the mediation contract as such.

2. Breach of Terms: Any breach or suspected non-compliance with these conditions of use authorizes DadoVillas, when it deems necessary, to immediately restrict or stop the client from using the website or the services offered through it.

3. Entire Agreement: This agreement establishes the entire legal relationship between you and DadoVillas regarding the website use, replacing all previous agreements, communications, or proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These terms of use and your relationship with the website are governed by the laws of Greece. The client/traveler agrees that any legal actions or disputes may only be brought before the competent courts where the agency is legally domiciled.
