Welcoming, airy, cozy, and perfectly located between the famous Roda and the quiet bay of Agnos, this sweet maisonette can sleep 2 to 3 guests offering unbeatable value for money. Providing extensive outdoor areas, lovely views over thegreen nature, fully air-conditioned interiors and surrounded by the peace of centuries-old olive trees, this little villa will amaze you! In addition, the beach is just a few steps away (only 400m): an opportunity not to be missed!

Inside, the property has been carefully renovated with taste and style, yet reteining its traditional Corfiot charm. The property sleeps 2 to 3 guests. The lower floor has a comfortable single bed/sofa, kitchenette, and functional bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the romantic attic sleeping area, with twin beds (that can be joined, on request) and relaxing views over the surrounding countryside. The property is fully air-conditioned, both in the sleeping area and in the living area (included in the rental price).

Renas Maisonette Unit 1 is surrounded by a true oasis of peace and tranquillity, with stunning olive trees, flowers, shrubs. It is a real heaven, pampered by the gentle breeze. Here guests will be able to relax, dine outside, enjoy the sound of the cicadas, read a book. And, last but not least, the sea is just a short walk away from the house!

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, cleanings, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (in cash) of euros 150 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay as long as no damages are done to the house.

Skouna Suite 2 is the sweetest of the two Skouna Suites. Comfortable and extremely airy, thanks to its large windows and high beamed ceilings, this maisonette-style property with independent entrance can easily sleep 5 guests. Access is via the main door onto the main living area which is equipped with double sofa bed, smart TV, well equipped kitchenette and dining table. On the ground floor a large bathroom with shower and washing machine/dryer is also located. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine, open above the living area, which houses a double bed, a useful extra shower room (wet room style) and an armchair that, if required, can be turned into a full size single bed. The property is fully air-conditioned (included in the rental price). During the renovation, with lasted over one year, great emphasis has been given to the style, the décor and the modern comforts (including perfect thermal and acoustic insulation), in order to offer a truly superior holiday experience, unparalleled in the area.

Patio doors from the kitchen area lead to the large patio at the back. This huge area, shared only with the next door Skouna Suite 1, houses comfortable sunbeds, dining table, barbecue and chill-out areas with cushions and beautiful local shrubs providing shade and atmosphere. This is a true heaven in the heart of the lively resort of Roda. Although a car is absolutely not necessary considering the very central location of the property, public parking (free of charge) is available in the area.

FOR LARGER GROUPS: Skouna Suite 2 can be rented together with the attached Skouna Suite 1, sleeping 6/8 guests. This would give the chance to benefit from the exclusive use of the whole property. Contact us for details.
