With just a cluster of excellent tavernas, a perfect sandy beach which is never crowded, upmarket facilities, spectacular sunsets, yet with the many facilities of the large Acharavi just 2 km away, this setting will amaze you. Added touches of style, such as a dedicated concierge service, will make you feel pampered through all the duration of your stay to fully sample the real Greek hospitality.

Once a stone-built olive press, Villa Stato Da Mar Grande is set over one floor with direct access to the extensive private gardens. It is carefully decorated in contemporary style and modernly furnished, and can sleep up to 4 to 5 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors (both lounge/kitchen and bedrooms). The welcoming lounge with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, etc) is airy and spacious and can accommodate a 5th guest on the sofa bed provided. The large double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and is the perfect nest for an unforgettable holiday by the sea. The welcoming twin bedroom, once again with top-of-the-range fittings, is located next to the lounge and next to the second bathroom.

Outside, the enchanted gardens lead directly to the beach through a private gate: a truly unique feature! Enjoy endless sunsets while tasting a glass of wine, sunbath on the comfortable sunbeds provided, cool down under the shade, dine outside while watching the boats passing by: this will be a holiday to remember! With such a peaceful setting, with a perfect and never crowded sandy beach at your doorstep, with such a wide space all for you, even the most demanding guests will be satisfied. Parking is available within the premises. For extra comfort of our guests, a concierge service is provided and an independently run pool bar is available next door and open to the public (opening dates may vary, entrance fees may apply).

A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.

Beautifully located within a peaceful garden, yet just steps away from the beach and the many shops and facilities of Acharavi, Villa Giardino is a beautiful 3-bedroomed holiday home set to impress for its space, sense of freedom and welcoming feeling. Sleeping up to 6 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors, Villa Giardino offers unbeatable value for money in a truly perfect location: a car is not required. Guests will have easy access to pristine beaches, large supermarkets, excellent restaurants and laid back bars all within just a few min walk away. The access to a large swimming pool within a partner complex nearby completes the setting.

Inside, Villa Giardino is airy, spacious and welcoming. It is set over one floor and surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn and terraces. The open plan living room with dining area and well equipped kitchen is air-conditioned and is particularly comfortable, with plenty of space for all the guests to relax or dine together. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms in total: 2 with double beds and one with 2 single beds. Villa Giardino also offers 2 large bathrooms, one with bathtub + shower over and the other one with shower. The villa has been recently furnished and renovated to offer all the comforts of a modern holiday home with the relaxing feeling of a summer destination.

Outside, the villa is surrounded by extensive private gardens with lawn, furnished with sunbeds to endless relaxation under the shining Greek Sun. for the lovers of al-fresco dining, barbecue and outdoor dining table are also provided. Private parking is available within the premises. An extra bonus for our guests is the chance to enjoy the facilities of our partner resort “Pool Bar Eriva”, which is located just a few min walk away and open from May until October. There the guests can enjoy drinks at the bar, taste a delicious snack, attend to a traditional Greek Night event or splash by the refreshing swimming pool: an opportunity not to be missed!
