Beautifully located just steps away from the sandy beach and the many facilities of San Stefanos, offering a truly magical, huge, private swimming pool, 14 air-conditioned bedrooms, and extensive areas where guests can spend beautiful hours together, Villa Kouros is the perfect property for large groups, gatherings, special events, friends or families. Offering unbeatable value for money in a true pristine location (a car is not required), Villa Kouros is set to impress both adults and children. IMPORTANT: the villa is rented as a whole, large, property for groups up to 32 guests to benefit from the exclusive use of all the areas, pool, etc (the property cannot be rented as separate sin gle units, nor other guests will have access to the premises).

The accommodation of Villa Kouros is split over 2 buildings: a main house and a poolside house. The 3-floors main house comprises 4 self-contained studios (sleeping area, bathroom with shower) and 4 self-contained 2-bedroomed apartments (1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom, bathroom with shower), for a total of 24 people maximum. By default, 2 of the studios are set with double beds while the others with twin beds. Each apartment also features a useful kitchen corner equipped for the preparation of light breakfasts or tea/coffee. The newly built poolside house features 2 large studios each with double bed + double sofa bed as well as bathroom with shower, to accommodate up to 8 extra guests. For the comfort of the guests, all the bedrooms are air-conditioned (individually controlled). The poolside house also offers a professional fully equipped kitchen where the guests can prepare meals, dine all together in the large table provided, watch tv (smart tv provided), grill a delicious dinner in the brick-built barbecue. This is definitely the one and only property in the area designed to accommodate large groups, providing extensive common areas yet privacy and dedicated spaces at night or when required.

The outdoor areas of Villa Kouros are equally stunning. Main focus is of course the truly huge private swimming pool, measuring 100sqm, and offering even a dedicated shallow end for children. The sparkling private pool is beautifully lit at night, has Roman Steps into it and has plenty of sunbeds and shades around for relaxation under the shining greek sun. It even features a poolside “bar” area with submerged pool stools so that guests can enjoy a refreshing drink while chilling in the pool. Outdoor seating areas and private parking are also provided, even if a car is not necessary: you have restaurants, bars, shops, sandy beach (with amazing sunsets!) all within walking distance.

NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. A security refundable deposit for damages (euros 300 in total) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay. Parties/events/retreats/weddings are possible upon request and approval.

GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 15 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.
