Description
Villa Doma is a welcoming, detached property enjoying an idyllic location close the sandy beach of Astrakeri and close to the lively resort of Roda. Able to accommodate up to 29 guests in 14 air-conditioned bedrooms with 12 bathrooms, and featuring a new private swimming pool, this is the perfect choice for large family reunions, groups of friends or smaller parties looking for endless spaces all for themselves. Sweet, carefully designed and loved by its attentive owners, Villa Doma is set to impress and to relax at the same time. Unique feature of this property is that it has been designed specifically to accommodate large groups: there are spacious common areas, kitchen, tables, all suitable for accommodating all the guests together. The villa is rented all together exclusively as a whole indipendent and detached property, not as separate units.
Inside, the villa is set over 3 floors. It is airy and welcoming. On the ground floor there are 5 bedrooms, 3 doubles, 1 twin, and a triple (single bed + bunkbed) all with their own-en-suite shower room and balcony overlooking the gardens. The first floor has 5 further bedrooms, 2 doubles and 3 twins, once again all en-suite and having direct access to balconies. The upper floor has 4 further bedrooms (all doubles) and 2 bathrooms with shower. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Next to the main building, guests can enjoy a huge, professional kitchen with plenty of tables in order to dine together enjoying pleasant garden views. The kitchen has a professional cooker with oven, 2 fridges, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and all the most modern appliances for a fully self-catering holiday (including extensive working surfaces). Guests can dine all together in the beautifully decorated dining area, a perfect space to socialize while enjoying the beauty of Villa Doma.
For extra fun and endless relaxation, a chill out area with sofas is available. Wi-fi is also available through.
Outside, Villa Doma Beach is a true heaven of peace surrounded by the most beautiful nature (yet in close proximity to sandy beaches and the many facilities or Roda). The gardens are truly stunning, kept to the highest standard and beautifully lit at night. A private swimming pool (10m x 5m, depth 1.5m, lit at night) equipped with 20 comfortable sunbeds and parasols, completes the setting. The gardens are the perfect place to relax, play yoga, read a book, lay under the sun, prepare a delicious grilled meal using the brick-built barbecue provided. Volley court is also available for the guests. Private parking within the premises.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. A security refundable deposit for damages (euros 500 in total) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.

Lovely villa and so nice to have ensuites for all the rooms we used. Lovely social space and both Maria and Dana were so helpful. Dana brought a cake to the villa the day of my son's bday, allowed us to use a room and the villa space for the whole ofsee more
Lovely villa and so nice to have ensuites for all the rooms we used. Lovely social space and both Maria and Dana were so helpful. Dana brought a cake to the villa the day of my son's bday, allowed us to use a room and the villa space for the whole of our last day and left so many little touches for us, spices, colouring for the kids, jug of juice etc. it's a 25min walk into Roda with lots of restaurants and in the other direction 15-20mins to the beach with a lovely bar.
Perfect for us and really good value for money. Thank you for everything and all the guidance. |

Villa is big, beautiful, designed with great taste and has amazing common spaces (spacious dining area, pool with different types of furniture & kitchen that has every appliance you can wish for to host over 20 people). Moreover, Dana is an amazing, lovely host, that constantly stayed in touch with us and granted our wishes. We'll always remember our stay and we highly recommend the place for bigger groups. |
