Barbati Alpha MiniVilla enjoys a truly stunning prime location just a couple of steps away from the famous beach of Barbati, well known for its crystal clear waters, glorious sunny weather, glamorous beach bars. Built with comfort and style in mind and carefully recently renovated, Barbati Alpha MiniVilla can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests in 2 bedrooms. Thanks to its large private wide terraces (both at front and at rear), beautiful sea views, air-conditioned interiors, close proximity to amenities of any kind (including a shared swimming pool), this is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a superior holiday experience without the need to rely constantly on a car: being located in second line from the seafront, no steep walks are required to get to/from the beach!
Inside, the house is set over 2 floors and has been carefully designed for summer living. The interiors, compact and functionals, are classy and recently redecorated. Huge windows provide plenty of natural light and panoramic views over the Ionian Sea up to Corfu Town in the distance. Entrance is onto the spacious and air-conditioned lounge with adjoining kitchenette and dining area. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, wi-fi internet connection, patio doors leading both to one terrace at the front and one terrace at the back (which is shaded by a beautiful olive tree). The kitchenette is well equipped and functional, ideal for the preparation of light meals and snacks. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with its own shower room and fitted wardrobe. The bedroom has direct access to the front terrace too. Well lit stairs lead up up to the first floor, where the master bedroom suite is located. Spacious, air-conditioned and with high beamed ceilings, this bedroom (once again with fitted wardrobe and shower room) has its private terrace overlooking the sea: a true delight both by day and night!
Outside, the large terraces of the villa, furnished with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, are the perfect setting for outdoor living all summer long pampered by the gentle sound of the waves (portable BBQ is also available). Guests staying at Barbati Alpha MiniVilla also has access to a large, shared pool located 250m from the house, which also features a great poolside restaurant serving breakfast, lunch and dinner (a la carte). The pool is open from the 1st of May until the 31st of October (as the pool is run by an independent company, please be so kind to verify prior booking the information about opening dates when traveling in low season). Yet, with such a perfect beach just steps away from your doorstep, the choice between sea and pool will be really hard! Private, reserved parking for 1 car is available on the premises. Laundry facilities with washing machine / dryer are also available.

A tremendous place to stay if you like a beach holiday with stylish beach bars and an amazingly clear sea. Restaurants above the beach amazing. The villa is a very very short walk. 2 mins at most. It has comfy beds, clean modern bathrooms. A small kisee more

It has comfy beds, clean modern bathrooms. A small kitchen but perfectly ok if you don’t intend to cook for a big familysomething. Lovely bedrooms with terraces to both. Maria was an outstanding host. She replied every time to queries within minutes and resolved any tiny problems quickly and efficiently. Lovely woman! Highly recommend.

Alles war perfekt! Die Lage, die Betreuung durch Maria, der Parkplatz, die Unterkunft für 4 Personen! Ich hätte mir vielleicht bessere Kaffeemaschine gewünscht. Aber dafür sind viele Kaffees und Bars in der Nähe. Danke! Wir kommen wieder!

Villa Barbati Dream is a new, exciting property with extensive grounds and private pool located just a couple of steps away from the sought after beach of Barbati. Providing the most sensational, unobstructed seaviews, airy and stylish interiors, amazing outdoor areas, Villa Barbati Dream is set to impress even the most demanding guests thanks to its character and unparalleled attention to the detail. Relax under the poolside kiosk, splash in the large private pool, sunbath while enjoying the views of the sea with the boats passing by and Corfu Town in the distance: this will be a holiday to remember! And with a wide array of shops, restaurants, bars all within easy walking distance, a car is not necessary.
Inside, Villa Barbati Dream is set over 2 floors. The ground floor, at pool level, has a spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. Beautifully furnished in Mediterranean colors, the lounge has a satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection, comfortable sofas, air-conditioning and patio doors opening onto spacious sea-facing terraces providing beautiful views. The kitchen is modern and well equipped, perfect for the preparation of meals of any kind. On the ground floor there is also a spacious twin bedroom (sea-facing) and a family bathroom with shower. Stairs lead up to the first floor, where the master bedroom and the second bathroom with shower are located. the bedroom has a double bed and access to a large private terrace providing the most beautiful views over the Ionian Sea. The outdoor areas of Villa Barbati Dream are truly stunning. Much larger and more private than any other properties in the area, the gardens of the villa feature a generously sized private pool (6m x 4.5m, depth between 0.9m and 1.5m, lit at night), comfortable sunbeds, shaded dining area with bbq as well as sitting /dining area. The poolside patio and the garden provide amazing views over the resort of Barbati and the turquoise sea, stretching from Corfu Town up to Albanian mainland in the distance. Private parking for 1 or 2 cars is available within the grounds, free of charge.
