Set within an enchanting garden in an oasis of peace and serenity, the brand new Villa Mateo stands proudly on the green hills above the well known resort of Dassia, just a short distance away from the turquoise Ionian Sea and the many facilities that this resort can offer. With 3 bedrooms, a large private pool, fully air-conditioned interiors and manicured gardens with lawn, flowers, olive trees, Villa Mateo can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests. Carefully designed to offer the maximum comfort and style, Villa Mateo will amaze even the most demanding guests.
Inside, the villa is set over 2 floors. Built in local stone and following the most modern energy saving and environmental techniques, Villa Mateo is fully air-conditioned both in the common areas and in the bedrooms. On the ground floor there is an impressive, airy lounge with comfortable sofas, smart TV and high ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for 6 and all the appliances for a self catering holiday. On the ground floor there is also a beautiful double bedroom with its own pool-facing balcony and a shower room. A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor where 2 welcoming bedrooms are located (one double with its own balcony, one twin) and a large bathroom with shower. During the construction of Villa Mateo particular care has been given to the space, light and design in order to offer a truly superior holiday experience.
The outdoor areas of Villa Mateo are a dream that comes true. Huge private gardens surround the villa, to provide excellent privacy, space and atmosphere. Olive trees, shrubs, scented flowers give a sense of magic to the area, which is also beautifully lit at night, for endless relaxation under the blue Ionian sky. The large private pool measures 8m x 4m (depth 1.5m) and comes with 6 comfortable sunbeds and chill-out areas. A stone-built barbecue will be the perfect addition for delicious meals under the stars. Private parking is available within the grounds (gated).

As its name says, Villa Sophia Central is a perfectly located, brand new, holiday home with private pool enjoying an incredibly convenient position in the heart of Dassia. Located along the main North-East Corfu coastal road, and next to the bus stop linking the resort every 15 minutes with Corfu Town (during summer months until midnight!), Villa Sophia Central can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in 4 air-conditioned bedrooms. Stylishly finished and comfortably furnished, this property is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for easy road access as well as a wide array of facilities, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, nightlife (in the nearby Ipsos) in close proximity without forgetting an added touch of class and luxury.
