The newly renovated Villa Verve is a perfectly located, airy holiday home with private pool enjoying an incredibly convenient position in the heart of Dassia. Located along the main North-East Corfu coastal road, and next to the bus stop linking the resort every 15 minutes with Corfu Town (during summer months until midnight!), Villa Verve can comfortably sleep up to 10 guests in 5 air-conditioned bedrooms. Stylishly finished and comfortably furnished, this property is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for easy road access as well as a wide array of facilities, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, nightlife (in the nearby Ipsos) in close proximity without forgetting an added touch of class and style.
Inside, Villa Verve is set over one floor and has been modernly, fully renovated to offer a superior holiday experience. The airy lounge area, with smart TV and comfy sofas, has an adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 8/10 opening straight to the large front patio. There are 5 bedrooms in total (one of which is self contained in a lovely suite with its own separate entrance). The main accommodation comprises bedrooms, 4 bedrooms, 3 doubles and one with twin beds. The master bedroom suite has its own shower room (wet room), while the other 2 double bedrooms share a bathroom with shower (one of the double bedrooms also features an attractive bathtub within the room). The twin bedroom has its own shower room (please note that this bedroom, due to the layout of the house, does not have a window while it is air conditioned and equipped with aeration system). The villa also offers a suite with its own entrance which is perfect for a couple looking for extra privacy. It features a double bed, a seating area, an extra kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. Of course the property is rented as a whole, to accommodate up to 10 guests, and not separately. During the renovation, particular care has been given to the details and the decor, turning Villa Verve into one of the most attractive and well located holiday homes of the area, providing unbeatable value for money. For extra comfort, the property is fully air-conditioned, both in the bedrooms and lounge area (included in the rental price).
Outside, the villa features extensive patios and gardens, stretching from the side of the building up to the roadside, which houses outdoor dining facilities, barbecue, Mediterranean shrubs and flowers. The perfect base for a delicious charcoal grilled dinner with family or friends. A newly added swimming pool is the cherry-on-the-top of the villa. Measuring 7m x 3m (1.3m deep) the private pool is the perfect spot for a refreshing dip after a long day exploring the island, or a lazy day on the beach nearby. Although a car is not necessary for this villa, private parking is also available.
NOTES: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates. A refundable security deposit for damages of euros 300 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
