Beach Villa Skouna is the newest, the most stylish and definitely most exciting home with private pool in Roda. Enjoying a sensational location just 2 steps away from sandy beach, shops, bars, taxi rank, bust stop and restaurants, this property is set to impress. Brand new, this holiday home virtually on the beachfront can comfortably sleep up to 11 guests (with option for 2 further extra guests if needed, on request) in fully air-conditioned, classy interiors. And with the bonus of a large outdoor area with a newly added private pool where guests can dine, chill out and grill a delicious dinner. Beach Villa Skouna is formed by 2 self-contained suites rented as a whole indipendent holiday home sleeping home to benefit from the private use of the swimming pool and of the whole building. The suites cannot be rented separately.
The east-side suite can sleep 6 guests. Access is via the main door (trough ramp, no steps required) onto the main living area which is equipped with double sofa bed, smart TV, fully equipped kitchenette and dining table. On the ground floor a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and washing machine/dryer are located. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine, open above the living area, which houses a double bed, a useful extra shower room and 2 armchairs that, if required, can be turned into 2 full size single beds. Despite being designed for 6 guests, this clever layout and wide spaces allow to accommodate up to 8 people if needed. Quotes for extra guests are available on request.
The west-side suite can sleep 4 guests. Comfortable and extremely airy, thanks to its large windows and high beamed ceilings, this section of the villa can easily sleep 5 guests. Access is via the main door onto the main living area which is equipped with double sofa bed, smart TV, well equipped kitchenette and dining table. On the ground floor a large bathroom with shower and washing machine/dryer is also located. Stairs lead up to the mezzanine, open above the living area, which houses a double bed, a useful extra shower room (wet room style) and an armchair that, if required, can be turned into a full size single bed
The property is fully air-conditioned (included in the rental price). During the renovation, with lasted over one year, great emphasis has been given to the style, the décor and the modern comforts (including perfect thermal and acoustic insulation), in order to offer a truly superior holiday experience, unparalleled in the area.
Patio doors from the kitchen areas of the 2 units lead to the large patio at the back. This huge area, houses comfortable sunbeds, a delightful private swimming pool (around 18sqm, depth 1.3m), dining table where all the guests can stay together, barbecue and chill-out areas with cushions and beautiful local shrubs providing shade and atmosphere. This is a true heaven in the heart of the lively resort of Roda. Although a car is absolutely not necessary considering the very central location of the property, public parking (free of charge) is available in the area.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the rental price quoted includes air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, beach towels, change of towels twice a week, change of linen once a week.

Cute villa near to the beach. Had a good patio for meals and very clean. The host was very friendly and made a welcome cake for us. Very good option for the ones who want tho explore the north of corfu.

Eine wunderbare moderne Wohnung, die sehr einfach zu erreichen ist. Man parkt sein Auto auf der Hauptstraße und läuft dann ein paar Meter hin. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön gepflegt und konnte durch den Schlüsselkasten beim Check in ganz einfach see more
Eine wunderbare moderne Wohnung, die sehr einfach zu erreichen ist. Man parkt sein Auto auf der Hauptstraße und läuft dann ein paar Meter hin. Die Wohnung selbst war sehr schön gepflegt und konnte durch den Schlüsselkasten beim Check in ganz einfach geöffnet werden. Wir wurden mit Kuchen und griechischen Spezialitäten begrüßt, welche auf dem Küchentisch standen und unglaublich lecker waren, was nicht selbstverständlich ist. Dafür waren wir sehr dankbar. Ansonsten fehlte es an nichts in der Wohnung, alles war perfekt beschrieben und der Preis war unschlagbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es Supermärkte, Geldautomaten, Souvenirshops, eine Straße mit vielen Restaurants und Cafés und natürlich das Meer. Dazu war es super einfach mit den Besitzern in Kontakt zu treten.
Alles in allem sehr weiterzuempfehlen. |

On a adoré notre séjour. Très beau appartement avec tous ce qu’il faut. L’emplacement très bien proche des restaurants et plage. Hôte réactive et accueillante. C’était parfait!
