Villa Bella Sofia is the newest and most exciting addition in Roda. Brand new, finished to the very high standard, and located within easy walking distance to the beach and to the many facilities that this much loved resort offers, Villa Sofia is set to impress. The villa can comfortably sleep up to 8 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors and offers unique comforts, in a relaxing and quiet environment. A large private pool (with shallow section), extensive gardens, panoramic terraces and an outdoor gym complement the setting.
Inside, the villa has been designed to offer the maximum comfort with an added touch of modern luxury. The large open-plan lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area is perfectly equipped for all-year loving: from comfortable sofas to smart tv, from quick wi-fi to air-conditioning. The fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped for perfect self catering holiday (including large fridge/freezer, 4 cooking rings, oven, microwave, espresso machine, filter coffee machine, air-fryer, dishwasher). On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom (air-conditioned) with its own en-suite bathroom (shower) and an extra WC for guests. Stairs lead up to the upper floor, offering lovely views to the sea, the gardens and the pool. The upper floor has 3 further air-conditioned bedrooms. One of them is particularly spacious and has a king-size bed as well a separate sofa bed plus an en-suite bathroom with bathtub. The remaining 2 bedrooms have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with shower. A separate laundry room with washing machine and dryer is available for the guests. For a unique holiday experience, the property has been furnished and finished to the highest standard.
The outdoor areas of Villa Bella Sofia are a true heaven. Surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn, shrubs and flowers, the property offers a magical private swimming pool (measuring the impressive size of 10m x 5m) which also includes a shallow section. Access is via wide Roman Steps. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for long, lazy days under the shining Greek sun. Under the spacious shaded patios, guests will have the chance to enjoy a delicious charcoal grilled meal using the brick-built barbecue provided, or keep fit in the private outdoor gym area, a true rarity! But with such a nice coastline just steps away, the choice will be hard: pool or beach? Despite a car not being necessary due to the close proximity of facilities, private parking is available within the premises.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week, pool towels. A refundable security deposit for damages of euros 300 is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.

The lovely interiors mixed with the true huge private outdoor areas and unique private pool will turn this property into the perfect retreat for families or friends.
Outside, Villa Dafni offers what can be genuinely described as one of the most spectacular private swimming pools of Corfu. Truly huge (it measures the impressive size of around 170sqm, with a depth up to 1.6m), with a “lagoon style” design, beautifully lit at night, and set within extensive gardens with lawn. Adults and children will not believe to their eyes when they will see such a magnificent pool all for themselves. The private pool has an irregular ‘lagoon style’ shape of more than 20m x 10m, depth goes from 0m to 1.6m, and comfortable sunbeds as well as parasols will be provided . Spending long hours in this unparalleled heaven will leave both adults and children truly speechless and amazed. An outdoor, shaded dining area with brick-built barbecue and table for 8 is available for the guests to dine together enjoying the glorious Corfiot weather.
