Description
Beach Villa Verano is probably the newest and most exciting villa with private pool in Sidari. Sleeping up to 12 guests in stylish interiors and located in close proximity to amenities of any kind (including restaurants, bars, shops), Villa Verano has a private access to the stunning sandy beach of Apotripiti as well as the famous Canal D'Amour rock formations. A car is not required, and the relaxation as well as fun are guaranteed! With 6 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 1 WC, fully equipped kitchen as well as wide outdoor areas that stretch up to the sea and are provided with a large 50sqm private pool, shaded dining area and barbecue, Villa Verano will amaze even the most demanding guests. A property truly not to be missed!
Inside, the villa is modern and finished to a high standard. The accommodation is set over 2 floors, with the main living area located downstairs and most of the bedrooms upstairs. On the ground floor there is a spacious, airy lounge area, a fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 12/14 and all the appliances for a fully self catering holiday, a double bedroom and a shower room. The ground floor, being flat, is also accessible for guests with reduced mobility.
Upstairs (the 2 floors are connected via an external staircase) there are further 5 bedrooms in total (accessed from the main corridor and separated into 3 different sleeping areas to guarantee privacy and space), 4 bathrooms and 1 WC/laundry room. 4 of the bedrooms have double beds (and even include a master suite with its own balcony overlooking Sidari and en-suite bathroom with bathtub + shower over) while the 5th bedroom has twin beds. The bedrooms are air-conditioned (included in the rental price). On request also air conditioning in the lounges is available (for an extra charge, payable locally).
The outdoor areas of Villa Verano are truly unique: finding such extensive gardens within a resort is definitely a rarity. Guests will have at their disposal a private pool measuring 10m x 5m (depth 1.5m), with adjoining shaded sitting area / barbecue for endless relaxation under the Greek sun. Comfortable sunbeds and shades are provided. The swimming pool is provided with an ecological filtration system, to avoid the use of chemicals. There is plenty of space for all the family to play, or just to spend lazy hours reading with a good glass of wine. In addition there is direct access from the grounds to paths leading just in a couple of steps to sandy beaches and even to the rock formations of Canal D'Amour from where guests can enjoy the most spectacular sunsets of Corfu. Although a car is not necessary due to the location of the villa, private parking is available within the premises.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: air-conditioning in the bedrooms, wi-fi internet, baby cot / highchair (if required), maid service twice a week with change of linen once a week and towels twice a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (in cash) of euros 300 in total will be required locally and refunded at the end of the stay.

We stayed at Villa Verano for our 'fambomoon'. 8 people stayed. We loved every moment there. The villa facilities are spot on, wonderful pool and comfortable furniture outside for relaxing sunny afternoons by the pool. BBQ was fab. 2 supermarkets neasee more

The villa facilities are spot on, wonderful pool and comfortable furniture outside for relaxing sunny afternoons by the pool. BBQ was fab. 2 supermarkets nearby. A number of lovely restaurants on your doorstep, we were spoiled for choice. Highly recommend staying at Villa Verano. Any questions we had for the friendly owner were answered promptly. The whole experience with Dadovillas and the villa owners was a pleasurable one. We would certainly book again!

Everyone had their own private space with perfect common areas for gathering. Plenty of dish ware/glasses for a large group,

From pre arrival to being in-resort - always a response within seconds. We managed to lock ourselves out of one of the rooms - even at a late hour, Maria was there and sent help immediately! Cleaners and owners present during visit - very reassuring and friendly. AND, everything is on your doorstep here. Can’t go wrong with Villa Verano! |

The villa perfectly matched the photos. It was very clean on arrival and had clean towels for everyone who was staying. The villa was spacious and perfect for a group of 10 friends. The pool area was perfect for sunbathing and had a nice surrounding area. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance and a bus stop nearby for when you want to travel around the island. Thank you for having us! :) |

Enjoying the very best location in the center of the famous resort of Sidari, this spacious villa can sleep up to 12/14 guests in 6 air-conditioned bedrooms and features a large private pool. Apart from the unbeatable value for money, Villa Plastiras is set to impress for its sense of space, relaxing atmosphere and truly unique location: it is probably the only property with private pool in the center of Sidari. The villa is just steps away from the sandy beach, the famous Canal d'Amour cliffs, shops, restaurants and bars, yet the location is quiet enough to be perfect for all ages, from young to elderly guests. Of course, needless to say, a car is not required! Inside, the villa is cleverly divided into 4 self-contained units, each having independent access, yet rented all together as a whole unique, detached villa to benefit from the exclusive use of the grounds and the pool. On the ground floor there are 2 studios (1 with double bed, 1 with twin beds) each featuring its own shower room). On the ground floor there is also a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with dining table for 14 where all our guests can dine together as well as a comfortable lounge area and an extra bathroom with shower. The kitchen now features also a water purification system with osmosis therefore the water is drinkable. A large staircase leads to the upper floor, where 2 identical 2-bedroomed apartments are located. Each apartment features one double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a small sitting area (with single sofa bed to accommodate 13th and 14th guests respectively) and a bathroom with shower over. All the rooms have private furnished balconies overlooking the pool patio and are air-conditioned (included in the rental price). This clever design allows maximum flexibility to our guests, allowing them to spend long hours together yet having the maximum privacy when required or at night. Outside, Villa Plastiras features large, paved sunbathing terraces well furnished with 14 sunbeds as well as shades. The large private swimming pool measures 12m x 7.5m (depth. 1.6m) and also features a separate shallow section for children (a poolside shower is also available). The pool and the surrounding area are beautifully lit at night and are the perfect place to spend long hours enjoying the endless Greek sun and the pleasant evening breeze. Chill-out areas by the pool patio are available to enjoy a drink or a chat. At the back of the villa, a shaded dining area is available for the guests. It features a table for 14 guests and a large barbecue.
