The brand-new Villa Anatoli is the one and only villa with a private pool set directly on the golden sandy beach of Sidari, offering uninterrupted sea views and direct access both to the beach and to Sidari’s lively main strip, where dozens of shops, bars, and restaurants are literally at your doorstep. A car is absolutely not required – everything you could wish for is within walking distance. Location, style, breathtaking views, and superior features — such as a heated private pool with a stylish waterfall feature and a large outdoor home cinema — make Villa Anatoli a truly exceptional holiday home. The fully air-conditioned Villa Anatoli is set over three floors, with access both from the main street and from the beach. The main accommodation occupies the first and second floors, while the pool level features a beautifully designed conservatory-style living area with large glass sliding doors. On the first floor, guests will find a spacious lounge area with a smart flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen (including an osmosis filtration system for drinkable water), and a bathroom with shower. Expansive front and rear terraces provide panoramic views over the Ionian Sea or the lively Sidari main strip — the perfect spot to enjoy the world passing by. In addition to the main sofa, there is a double pull-out sofa bed, comfortably accommodating the 7th and 8th guests. The second floor hosts three elegant bedrooms: the master bedroom with sea views and a private en-suite shower room, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, attractively furnished with antique-style touches. The double and twin share a second shower room. Despite its central location, the villa’s double walls, double-glazed windows, and air conditioning throughout ensure peace and quiet whenever desired — even in the heart of Sidari’s vibrant nightlife.
On the pool level, guests will find a beautifully redesigned open living area with full-size sliding doors, blending the indoors and outdoors seamlessly. It features a large flat-screen TV, a comfortable lounge and dining area, and ambient lighting for magical evenings with family and friends. The villa’s private heated pool (6.3m x 3.3m, depth 1.45m) includes Roman steps into it, a modern waterfall feature, and beautiful night lighting. Pool heating is provided free of charge during April, May, June, September, and October. Right outside the pool terrace, the soft sandy beach of Sidari awaits you — with sun loungers reserved exclusively for Villa Anatoli guests, free of charge. An outdoor BBQ, shower, and al fresco dining area create the perfect setting for long summer nights under the stars.
For guests arriving by car, public parking is available just a few steps away.

An internal staircase leads up to the upper floor with 3 further en-suite bedrooms (1 double, 2 with twin beds) each having private balconies overlooking the pool. All the bedrooms also feature smart TVs, and bathrobes are provided together with towels and pool towels for all the guests.
Outside, Villa Cielo features the most amazing private pool of Sidari. It measures the impressive size of 18m x 7m, it is beautifully lit at night, it features a scenic shallow end with in-water sunbeds and a separate section for children as well as a peculiar bridge (a great “selfie-spot”). For the lovers of outdoor dining, a shaded dining area for 8 is available, together with a brick built barbecue and a chill-out area with comfy sofas by the poolside. Private parking for 2 cars is available (yet, with such a variety of amenities virtually at your doorstep, a car is definitely not necessary).

Enjoying a great position in the outskirts of Sidari, within walking distance (flat walk) to any kind of amenities yet in a peaceful and quiet setting away from the noise of the town, Villa Doramarie is set to impress. Relax by the pool, taste a delicious charcoal grilled meal, enjoy a leisurely walk up to the sandy beach: you can it have all at Villa Doramarie.
Villa Doramarie has been totally renovated to offer a comfortable, modern holiday experience. Inside the villa is set over one floor and is tastefully decorated. All the furniture and the fittings are brand new, designed to maximize relaxation and simplicity of use for a stress-free vacation.
There is one airy lounge with comfy sofas and smart TV as well as adjoining fully equipped kitchen and dining area, opening straight onto extensive pool-facing terraces. The villa has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms, respectively 2 doubles and 2 with twin beds, with fitted wardrobes and plenty of storage space. All the bedrooms also feature flat screen smart TV. Outside, Villa Doramarie is surrounded by extensive private (gated) grounds. A newly added private pool (size: 6.6m x 4m ; depth: 0.9m – 1.7m) will be a true oasis to refresh after a day on the beach. Comfortable sunbeds and parasols are provided for relaxing hours under the shining Greek sun. The grounds are also scenically lit at night, for further enjoyment all summer long.
