Villa Cocoon is an exciting, modern villa with private pool, uniquely located within walking distance to Sidari and its famous sandy beaches (such as Canal d'Amour) and many facilities. Being located within the resort of Sidari, a car is not essential, yet all the comfort, privacy and quiet of an independent holiday home are guaranteed to the guests: a true rarity in this area! Villa Cocoon, delightfully designed and cared by the owners Fotini and Nikos (a well known local carpenter), can sleep up to 6 guests in 3 air-conditioned bedrooms. An inviting private pool, wide gardens, extensive terraces and spacious dining areas both inside and outside complement the setting.
Inside, Villa Cocoon is set over one floor, just 3 steps above the gardens and pool patio. Spacious aft and rear terraces surround the villa offering plenty of choices for al-fresco dining. Entrance from the main door is onto the truly huge lounge with fully fitted kitchen and indoor dining area. The kitchen has all the essentials for a self catering holiday including dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine. The lounge has a large L-shaped sofa and has a large flat-screen smart TV. Villa Cocoon has 3 airy bedrooms, all air-conditioned, and 2 family bathrooms (one with bathtub, the other one with shower). The bedrooms are respectively 2 doubles and one with 2 single beds. The interiors have been tastefully furnished and beautifully decorated with local Corfiot artworks.
Outside, Villa Cocoon offers to its guests extensive private grounds with lawn, shrubs, flowers. A beautiful private pool with shades and sunbeds is available for the exclusive use of the guests. It measures 8m x 4m and depth is 1.5m. It is the perfect place to relax and unwind surrounded by the green countryside. Yet, with so many sandy beaches in the surroundings, the choice will be hard! A brick-built barbecue with oven and outdoor dining area are also available for the guests to enjoy delicious al-fresco meals. Free private parking within the grounds.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week. A refundable security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.

We had a brilliant holiday! Dado Villas were very responsive to all of our requests, as was the owner who lived close by. The villa is in a great location, well away from the noise of the Sidari strip. It is very comfortable and well-equipped, with a lovely swimming pool. The grounds are well kept and there is plenty of room for sunbathing, etc. It takes about 15 minutes to walk down the nearest beach, which was very picturesque and with a number of tavernas. All-in-all, we had a wonderful experience!

This villa was an amazing stay. Walking distance to the local tavernas and the beach but also private enough to fill very peaceful. The space itself was clean and the pool area was a great place to relax. Maria was super responsive when we required any help. The owners are nearby and on hand to help with anything you need. They are super friendly and own the live wood shop nearby which you should definitely check out for gifts. Overall a great stay and would 100% recommend.

We enjoyed one of the best holidays we’ve had, and the first time with the whole family! Having the pool at the villa was a game changer, we used it all the time. The villa and pool are set in beautiful grounds, the photos don’t do it justice. It is private and you feel like you’re in the country not 20 mins walk from the town of Sidari. Please note that if you’re walking in the heat, there is not much shade into town. The villa was perfect for our needs and there is air con in every bedroom, which was fabulous as the temperature was in the 30s! The veranda is a great shaded space to eatjust chill out. I would totally recommend staying here.

Villa Cocoo was just as described in the listing, very clean and spacious. The setting was peaceful and the pool was a good size, very clean and a lovely temperature for swimming whatever time of day.
We had a hire car so we could explore the island.see more

We had a hire car so we could explore the island. It was also good to have the option of walking to restaurants, supermarkets and bars. Sidari was quite busy and lively in the evenings but the villa is far enough away to enjoy tranquility. Maria and team were attentive with the villa being cleaned during our stay and fresh towels and linen provided. Great villa and location would highly recommend. |

Highly recommend! The location is wonderful, walking distance to the beach and shops, etc., but extremely private and peaceful. The house was immaculate. Host even left a welcome pack with some food and drink to get us started. We cooked several nights and had everything we needed. Pool was fabulous, extremely clean, even had an air mattress for us. Bedrooms all have air conditioning. House is a great price for the size and having a private pool. Host was very responsive and so kind. Gave us a homemade gift at departure as well, which was beautiful.
We recommend Captain Tziros for a fishing and swimming trip (it was so fun and we all caught several fish), Orchard Taverna for dinner, and Evangelo Transfers for transport to and from the airport. This house is fabulous and we would love to visit again! |

Kuchnia była wyposażona we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty, a w szafkach była bardzo duża ilość talerzy i szklanek. Podczas naszego pobytu basen i ogród był sprzątany, choć byliśmy poza sezonem. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielką. Zdecydowanie polecamy!
