Sweet, welcoming and recently renovated, Acharavi Central Apartment 1 is a detached first floor 1-bedroomed apartment combining the spaces and privacy of a holiday home with the unbeatable rates of a self-catering accommodation. Cozy and perfectly located within easy walking distance to amenities (large supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, beach, pharmacies), this property is the perfect choice for all those guests who do not want to rely constantly on a car. In addition, guests staying at this property can also enjoy the use free of charge of a swimming pool located 450m away from the apartment. Acharavi Central Apartment 1 definitely ticks all the boxes!
Inside, the property has been recently renovated and has been modernly furnished in order to offer an excellent holiday experience. The apartment is set on the upper floor of a 2 storey building and is accessed via a set of steps from the road (where parking is available free of charge, if guests decide to rent a car). The interiors are airy and cheerful, as well as air-conditioned. Entrance via the private furnished patio is onto the well equipped kitchen with adjoining dining area. The large bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, opens to its own terrace and has a seating area with sofa and TV. The modern bathroom with shower is located next to the kitchen. The style and the value for money of the accommodation, together with the large array of equipments for a fully self catering holiday, will amaze even the most demanding guests.
For the lovers of Greek sun, the apartment features a private patio equipped with dining table for al-fresco dining. Our guests also enjoy the unbeatable bonus of free use of a shared swimming pool which is located 450m from the apartment (seasonal opening, June to September). Please note that the swimming pool is not part of the complex, is independently run and our guests have free access to it, therefore opening dates and entrance rules may vary.

Litsa Beach Maisonette is a beautiful, modern and welcoming holiday apartment located in the heart of Acharavi, just steps away from beach, shops and restaurants. Air-conditioned, provided with a large pool and surrounded by lush gardens, this property is a true oasis of peace in an amazing location (a car is not required). Set over 2 levels, it has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Thanks to the airy bedroom, equipped kitchenette, private balcony and 2 shower rooms, Litsa Beach Maisonette can easily sleep up to 2+1 guests offering excellent style and value for money.
Litsa Beach Maisonette is set within a welcoming, family-run building of just 3 units, all semi-detached and with independent entrance. Therefore the maximum peace, privacy and space are guaranteed. The property is located on 2 floors and comprises (on the ground floor) a well equipped kitchenette with dining area, sitting area with sofa bed (3rd guest, note that this sofa bed is mostly suitable for a child up to 12 years old) and bathroom. Stairs lead up to the upper floor mezzanine with double bed, a second bathroom and window facing the sea and the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and has been cheerfully, modernly finished to provide a superior holiday experience. A shared laundry area is available on the premises, at a small extra charge (euros 5 per washing, including soap, payable locally).
Outside, the property is surrounded by amazing manicured gardens with lawn, tall trees, chill-out areas and hammocks. It is a truly amazing place to relax after a long day on the beach or by the pool. A brick-built barbecue is also provided for delicious charcoal grilled meals. Guests have free access to the swimming pool located next to the garden, which also has a pool bar open during the summer months and features a children section, free sunbeds and shades.
