The separate, air-conditioned bedroom features 2 single beds that can be joined together to form a double with high quality mattress and linen, TV, as well as access to a private garden-facing balcony. The spacious lounge has individually controlled air-conditioning, a large flat-screen smart tv, a comfy sofa, an extra single sofa bed (perfect to accommodate the 3rd guest yet retaining a sitting area always available) and a fully equipped kitchenette. Large patio doors provide access to the stunning front terrace, perfect for al-fresco dining, overlooking the garden and the sea beyond.During the renovation of the property, everything has been studied to offer a superior holiday experience in one of the most spectacular locations of the island.If the indoor areas of the suite are delightfully pretty, the gardens are that extra able to turn this apartment into one of the most unique properties of its kind. Lovely place, great find and would certainly my book again when returning to Corfu.

The apartment itself had everything we needed (including a nice terrace) and is the perfect size for two people. Maria provided lots of information / instructions and was always quick to respond to us. Would highly recommend, thank you!

Air-conditioned, provided with a large pool and surrounded by lush gardens, this property is a true oasis of peace in an amazing location (a car is not required). Set over 2 levels, it has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Thanks to the airy bedroom, equipped kitchenette, private balcony and 2 shower rooms, Litsa Beach Maisonette can easily sleep up to 2+1 guests offering excellent style and value for money. Litsa Beach Maisonette is set within a welcoming, family-run building of just 3 units, all semi-detached and with independent entrance. Therefore the maximum peace, privacy and space are guaranteed. The property is located on 2 floors and comprises (on the ground floor) a well equipped kitchenette with dining area, sitting area with sofa bed (3rd guest, note that this sofa bed is mostly suitable for a child up to 12 years old) and bathroom. Stairs lead up to the upper floor mezzanine with double bed, a second bathroom and window facing the sea and the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and has been cheerfully, modernly finished to provide a superior holiday experience. A shared laundry area is available on the premises, at a small extra charge (euros 5 per washing, including soap, payable locally). Outside, the property is surrounded by amazing manicured gardens with lawn, tall trees, chill-out areas and hammocks. It is a truly amazing place to relax after a long day on the beach or by the pool. A brick-built barbecue is also provided for delicious charcoal grilled meals. Guests have free access to the swimming pool located next to the garden, which also has a pool bar open during the summer months and features a children section, free sunbeds and shades. Please note that the swimming pool is not part of the complex, is independently run and our guests have free access to it. The pool opens from the first week of May until the last week of October.
