Description
Litsa Beach Maisonette is a beautiful, modern and welcoming holiday apartment located in the heart of Acharavi, just steps away from beach, shops and restaurants. Air-conditioned, provided with a large pool and surrounded by lush gardens, this property is a true oasis of peace in an amazing location (a car is not required). Set over 2 levels, it has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Thanks to the airy bedroom, equipped kitchenette, private balcony and 2 shower rooms, Litsa Beach Maisonette can easily sleep up to 2+1 guests offering excellent style and value for money.
Litsa Beach Maisonette is set within a welcoming, family-run building of just 3 units, all semi-detached and with independent entrance. Therefore the maximum peace, privacy and space are guaranteed. The property is located on 2 floors and comprises (on the ground floor) a well equipped kitchenette with dining area, sitting area with sofa bed (3rd guest, note that this sofa bed is mostly suitable for a child up to 12 years old) and bathroom. Stairs lead up to the upper floor mezzanine with double bed, a second bathroom and window facing the sea and the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and has been cheerfully, modernly finished to provide a superior holiday experience. A shared laundry area is available on the premises, at a small extra charge (euros 5 per washing, including soap, payable locally).
Outside, the property is surrounded by amazing manicured gardens with lawn, tall trees, chill-out areas and hammocks. It is a truly amazing place to relax after a long day on the beach or by the pool. A brick-built barbecue is also provided for delicious charcoal grilled meals. Guests have free access to the swimming pool located next to the garden, which also has a pool bar open during the summer months and features a children section, free sunbeds and shades. Please note that the swimming pool is not part of the complex, is independently run and our guests have free access to it. The pool opens from the first week of May until the last week of October. Private parking is available within the grounds.

Overall the place gave us a nice base to explore this part of the island. The accommodation has all the amenities you need and a very nice veranda to sit outside and have your drinksbreakfast in the morning. There is a hotel 20 yards away with a goodsee more
Overall the place gave us a nice base to explore this part of the island. The accommodation has all the amenities you need and a very nice veranda to sit outside and have your drinksbreakfast in the morning. There is a hotel 20 yards away with a good sized pool that we used sometimes for food, drinks and entertainment. The beach is a 5 minute walk down a quite road that has many restaurants situated along the promenaded. Turn left and walk 25 minutes you are in the town of Roda, turn right and a fifteen minute walk takes you to the large Acharavi Mare Hotel in road 9. The walk to the town along road 5 takes 10 minutes where you will find an abundance of shops, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Suggestions for eating places: Top of the list Nicos Family Restaurant in Roda specialty Bianco old traditional Greek fish dish. In the mountains is Evdokia in Old Perithia have the meze you won't want a main meal, also Oasis Tavern in Strinilas, wild Boar is very good. .

A lovely little studio in pretty gardens a short walk from the beach and the village of Acharavi. You can walk to Roda, too. Comfortable bed - slept better here than I have for ages.

DadoVillas is an exceptionally responsive host and answered everything we asked promptly. The Evira Hotel next door has a lovely pool and restaurant and you can use the facilities for free. There is a little BBQ area if you wanted to do your own thing. It was god having 2 shower rooms and toilets as well. Showers are handheld so a little tricky though this is typical in Greece! A great spot for exploring the area. Efcharisto! |
