Once a stone-built olive press, Villa Stato Da Mar Grande is set over one floor with direct access to the extensive private gardens. It is carefully decorated in contemporary style and modernly furnished, and can sleep up to 4 to 5 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors (both lounge/kitchen and bedrooms). The welcoming lounge with fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, etc) is airy and spacious and can accommodate a 5th guest on the sofa bed provided. The large double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room and is the perfect nest for an unforgettable holiday by the sea. The welcoming twin bedroom, once again with top-of-the-range fittings, is located next to the lounge and next to the second bathroom.
Outside, the enchanted gardens lead directly to the beach through a private gate: a truly unique feature! Enjoy endless sunsets while tasting a glass of wine, sunbath on the comfortable sunbeds provided, cool down under the shade, dine outside while watching the boats passing by: this will be a holiday to remember! With such a peaceful setting, with a perfect and never crowded sandy beach at your doorstep, with such a wide space all for you, even the most demanding guests will be satisfied. Parking is available within the premises, as well as barbecue facilities (barbecue and oven, shared with the next door property). Midweek, the hosts even came by to clean and refresh the sheets and towels, which was a really nice touch. The location is great – in walking distance you’ll find a couple of family-run tavernas serving authentic Greek food, as well as a supermarket just 10 minutes away. Only 5 minutes by car is Acharavi village, where you can find larger supermarkets, pharmacies, a fresh fish shop, and a lovely bakery/coffee place. Overall, the villa offered the perfect mix of comfort, convenience, and authentic local charm. Highly recommended!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa direkt am Strand von Almiros. Die Lage ist einzigartig – beim Frühstück im Garten hört man das Meer und blickt direkt auf das Wasser. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und vollständig, besonders die Küche, die Terrasse und der gepflegte Außenbereich. Alles war wie beschrieben, sauber und gut organisiert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber verlief freundlich und zuverlässig, Check-in und Check-out waren unkompliziert. Insgesamt war es aber ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Krásne prostredie ubytovania , veľmi blízko na pláž v podstatne len prejsť cez ulicu. Domáci sa stará záhrada je krásna udržiavaná. Vôbec nič nám nechýbalo určite sa veľmi radi vrátime.

Wir haben das Haus und die Umgebung sehr genossen! Sehr schöne Lage am Meer, direkt am Strand, mit eigenem Zugang, dahinten sind Berge. Das Haus war sauber und schlicht, ohne Schnörkeln eingerichtet, man hatte aber alles, was man brauchte (ausgenommen deutsches Fernsehen). Es gibt ein paar Tavernen in der Nähe, die man zu Fuß erreichen kann, aber es ist natürlich besser ein Auto zu mieten, so ist man viel freier bei der Auswahl von Freizeitaktivitäten. Wir haben außerdem noch wertvolle Ausflugtipps von Niko erhalten. Toller und sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber!

Sleeping up to 6 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors, Villa Giardino offers unbeatable value for money in a truly perfect location: a car is not required. Guests will have easy access to pristine beaches, large supermarkets, excellent restaurants and laid back bars all within just a few min walk away. The access to a large swimming pool within a partner complex nearby completes the setting.
Inside, Villa Giardino is airy, spacious and welcoming. It is set over one floor and surrounded by extensive gardens with lawn and terraces.
