With 1 bedroom, 1 shower room, fully air-conditioned interiors finished with taste and style, Villa Akti Barbati 3 can sleep up to 2 to 3 guests. Relax on the balcony enjoying the views of the boats passing by splash in the private pool, enjoy a storll down to the beach: this is for sure the perfect property for a holiday to remember!
Inside, Villa Akti Barbati 3 is set over one floor and is accessed via a set of steps from the private parking area. The modern interiors have been finished with great taste and style, to provide a superior holiday experience. There is a spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. Beautifully furnished in Mediterranean colors, the lounge has a satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection, comfortable sofa (that can be turned into a bed for a 3rd guest), and patio doors opening onto spacious sea-facing terraces providing beautiful views. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, perfect for the preparation of meals of any kind. There is also a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower next to it. For the comfort of our guests, the villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and all the rooms have sea-views.
If the indoor areas of the villa are amazing, the pool patio will leave our guests speechless: views, design, relaxation, greenery! The generously sized private pool (5.5m x 3.5m, depth 1.7m, lit at night), has comfortable sunbeds as well as a stunning gazebo next to it. The front shaded dining area (sea-facing) is equipped with bbq as well and is the perfect spot for al-fresco dining while enjoying the breathtaking views. The poolside patio and the garden provide beautiful views over the resort of Barbati and the turquoise sea, stretching from Corfu Town up to Albanian mainland in the distance. Private parking for. car is also available on the premises.

Our second stay at this villa was just as good as last year. Super pool, a kitchen you can happily cook a meal in, extremely comfortable bed, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything we wanted for our 4 night stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing and the sunrise views over Albania were beautiful. The only downside were the bushes from below the balcony were overgrown and you couldn’t see the view from the pool area. However, the sitting see more

Huge windows provide plenty of natural light and panoramic views over the Ionian Sea up to Corfu Town in the distance. Entrance is onto the spacious and air-conditioned lounge with adjoining kitchenette and dining area. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, wi-fi internet connection, patio doors leading both to one terrace at the front and one terrace at the back (which is shaded by a beautiful olive tree). The kitchenette is well equipped and functional, ideal for the preparation of light meals and snacks. On the ground floor there is also a double bedroom with its own shower room and fitted wardrobe. The bedroom has direct access to the front terrace too. Well lit stairs lead up up to the first floor, where the master bedroom suite is located. Spacious, air-conditioned and with high beamed ceilings, this bedroom (once again with fitted wardrobe and shower room) has its private terrace overlooking the sea: a true delight both by day and night! Outside, the large terraces of the villa, furnished with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, are the perfect setting for outdoor living all summer long pampered by the gentle sound of the waves (portable BBQ is also available).
