Inside, Villa Akti Barbati 3 is set over one floor and is accessed via a set of steps from the private parking area. The modern interiors have been finished with great taste and style, to provide a superior holiday experience. There is a spacious lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area. Beautifully furnished in Mediterranean colors, the lounge has a satellite TV, wi-fi internet connection, comfortable sofa (that can be turned into a bed for a 3rd guest), and patio doors opening onto spacious sea-facing terraces providing beautiful views. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, perfect for the preparation of meals of any kind. There is also a spacious double bedroom and a bathroom with shower next to it. For the comfort of our guests, the villa is air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and all the rooms have sea-views.
If the indoor areas of the villa are amazing, the pool patio will leave our guests speechless: views, design, relaxation, greenery! The generously sized private pool (5.5m x 3.5m, depth 1.7m, lit at night), has comfortable sunbeds as well as a stunning gazebo next to it. The front shaded dining area (sea-facing) is equipped with bbq as well and is the perfect spot for al-fresco dining while enjoying the breathtaking views. The poolside patio and the garden provide beautiful views over the resort of Barbati and the turquoise sea, stretching from Corfu Town up to Albanian mainland in the distance. Private parking for. car is also available on the premises.

Our second stay at this villa was just as good as last year. Super pool, a kitchen you can happily cook a meal in, extremely comfortable bed, and a 3 minute walk to the beach. Everything we wanted for our 4 night stay.

We throughly enjoyed our stay, the location was amazing and the sunrise views over Albania were beautiful. The only downside were the bushes from below the balcony were overgrown and you couldn’t see the view from the pool area. However, the sitting see more

Verde Beach House is a lovely, detached holiday home with shared swimming pool, offering the most stylish interiors and a virtually unique position just a few steps away from the famous beach of Barbati (well known for its crystal clear waters, glorious sunny weather, glamorous beach bars). Sleeping up to 4 guests, this property will impress for its modern decor, summer felling and great value for money. Thanks to its extensive private wide terraces, pleasant views, air-conditioned interiors, close proximity to amenities of any kind (including a swimming pool reserved for the guests of the complex), this is the perfect choice for all those guests looking for a superior holiday experience without the need to rely constantly on a car: being located just steps from the bay, no steep walks are required to get to/from the beach! Inside, the house is set over 2 floors and has been carefully designed for summer living. The interiors, compact and functionals, are classy and airy. Large windows provide plenty of natural light and beautiful views over the Ionian Sea and the green hills. Entrance is onto the spacious lounge with adjoining well equipped kitchen and dining area. The lounge features a comfortable sofa, satellite TV (free channels), wi-fi internet connection, beautiful sea views, patio doors leading to the front furnished terrace (perfect for al-fresco dining).
