Sweet, welcoming and brand new, Acharavi Central Apartment is a detached first floor 1-bedroomed apartment combining the spaces and privacy of a holiday home with the unbeatable rates of a self-catering accommodation. Finished to the highest standard and perfectly located within easy walking distance to amenities (large supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, beach, pharmacies), this property is the perfect choice for all those guests who do not want to rely constantly on a car. In addition, guests staying at this property can also enjoy the use free of charge of a swimming pool located 450m away from the apartment. Acharavi Central Apartment definitely ticks all the boxes!
Inside, the property has been fully renovated in 2025 and has been finished to the highest standard to offer a superior holiday experience. The apartment is set on the upper floor of a 2 storey building (there are no other units adjoining, the whole upper floor is occupied by this apartment) and is accessed via a set of steps from the road (where parking is available free of charge, if guests decide to rent a car). The interiors are new and cheerful, as well as fully air-conditioned (both in the lounge and in the bedroom). Entrance via the private furnished patio is onto the fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, large fridge, oven, 4 cooking rings, washing machine available outside and shared with the apartment opposite) with adjoining lounge area (sofa bed for 1 extra guest, smart-tv) and dining area. The large bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, opens to its own little terrace on the side. The modern bathroom with shower is located next to the bedroom. The style and the taste of the accommodation, together with the large array of equipments for a fully self catering holiday, will amaze even the most demanding guests.
For the lovers of Greek sun, the apartment features a private patio equipped with dining table for al-fresco dining. Our guests also enjoy the unbeatable bonus of free use of a shared swimming pool which is located 450m from the apartment (seasonal opening, June to September). Please note that the swimming pool is not part of the complex, is independently run and our guests have free access to it, therefore opening dates and entrance rules may vary.
NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, regular maid service with change of linen (once a week) and towels (twice a week). A security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.

Litsa Beach Maisonette is a beautiful, modern and welcoming holiday apartment located in the heart of Acharavi, just steps away from beach, shops and restaurants. Air-conditioned, provided with a large pool and surrounded by lush gardens, this property is a true oasis of peace in an amazing location (a car is not required). Set over 2 levels, it has 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. Thanks to the airy bedroom, equipped kitchenette, private balcony and 2 shower rooms, Litsa Beach Maisonette can easily sleep up to 2+1 guests offering excellent style and value for money.
Litsa Beach Maisonette is set within a welcoming, family-run building of just 3 units, all semi-detached and with independent entrance. Therefore the maximum peace, privacy and space are guaranteed. The property is located on 2 floors and comprises (on the ground floor) a well equipped kitchenette with dining area, sitting area with sofa bed (3rd guest, note that this sofa bed is mostly suitable for a child up to 12 years old) and bathroom. Stairs lead up to the upper floor mezzanine with double bed, a second bathroom and window facing the sea and the garden. The apartment is air-conditioned (included in the rental price) and has been cheerfully, modernly finished to provide a superior holiday experience. A shared laundry area is available on the premises, at a small extra charge (euros 5 per washing, including soap, payable locally).
Outside, the property is surrounded by amazing manicured gardens with lawn, tall trees, chill-out areas and hammocks.
